Yes, you can help San Mateo County's uninsured children! You can support the success of the Children's Health Initiative by:

• Contributing financially to the San Mateo County Children’s Health Initiative.
• Becoming a Healthy Kids medical or dental provider so that children have broader access to care. To become a Healthy Kids medical provider, please contact the Health Plan of San Mateo Provider Relations Department at (650) 616-0050. To become a Healthy Kids dental provider, please contact Delta Dental Provider Customer Service & 1-800-838-4337 or visit http://www.deltadentalins.com/group_sites/gov/providers.html.
• Referring uninsured children and families to our Children’s Health Initiative Enrollment Hotline at (650)616-2002.
• Becoming a Certified Application Assistor and helping your community sign up children and families for health insurance. If you are interested and want more information, please contact Claudia Lopez at (650) 616-2045.
